TeeLab is operated by Paworld Labs LLC (“TeeLab,” “we,” or “us”). These terms describe the conditions for using our website and services. Contact us at support@teelab.golf about these terms. Your use of a particular feature may also be subject to rules displayed for that feature.
Accounts and shared records
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Only enter or share another person’s information when you have appropriate permission. You are responsible for your use of the service and for promptly reporting unauthorized account access.
Club organizers and competition rules
Organizers choose participants, formats, teams, allowances, point tables, and other available settings. Explain the rules to participants before play, check the recorded scores, and resolve disagreements before confirming results. Organizers are responsible for their events and for following applicable rules and laws. TeeLab supplies recording and calculation tools; it does not officiate your round.
Club credits have no monetary value
Club credits are numerical records within a club. Platform approval of advanced club eligibility is required before the club president can enable them. The president may issue and allocate credits, and eligible competitions may adjust balances. Credit competitions require every participant to be a member of that club. Credits cannot be purchased, deposited as money, cashed out, redeemed for goods, prizes or services, or used to offset fees. They are not currency, property with a promised market value, or a claim against TeeLab. Do not sell credits or arrange outside payments or valuable rewards based on them.
Calculations, conversion, and destruction
Competition points and club credits are separate units. When available, the organizer sets the conversion before play; the default is one competition point to one club credit. Configured deductions from net winners after combining the enabled games are made only in credits and destroyed, rather than paid to TeeLab or the club. Issuance, allocations, competition results, deductions, and reversals are recorded in the relevant history. A credit balance is not the same as cumulative competition performance. Review the selected settings before participating.
Fair use and score accuracy
Do not use TeeLab to facilitate money wagering, contests with real-world valuable stakes or payouts, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, or unlawful activity. Do not manipulate scores or exploit calculation errors. Estimated handicaps and automated or AI-generated results may be incomplete or incorrect and are not official handicap certification. Use the available correction process or contact support when you find an error.
Content and visibility
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the service and the sharing features you use. Club members, participants, organizers, and people accessing enabled public or invitation previews may see relevant information. Review access and sharing settings before distributing a link. Our software, branding, and other original materials remain ours or our licensors’.
Separate paid services and third parties
Any paid service, subscription, booking, or course fee is separate from club credits. Applicable prices and purchase conditions are presented with that service. App stores, payment processors, courses, and other providers may have their own terms. Club credits do not replace any payment obligation.
Availability and account closure
We may maintain, change, or discontinue features and restrict accounts that misuse the service. We aim to handle restrictions and material changes reasonably, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free calculations. You can stop using TeeLab and request account deletion. Some shared competition, event, and audit records may remain as described in our Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every purpose or that all information is accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms and will identify the updated date here; material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice. Contact us if you need help understanding a change.
